ENGLISH PHRASE OF THE DAY: Irons In The Fire

DEFINITION: A person who has a few irons in the fire has a number of things working to their advantage at the same time.  A person who has too many irons in the fire has too much going on.

EXAMPLE:  Sandra looks tired all of the time lately.  She has too many irons in the fire!
